The word "Buddha" simply refers to the enlightened one.
Prince Siddharta who later became Buddha revealed that everyone has this inner enlightened consciousness within of us. This can be awakened through the direct observation of the self, to lead us into a state free of all human suffering.
With the belief that everyone has the power to awaken the inner Buddha - this organisation was born in 2008, out of a passion for sharing the wisdom of Buddha, ancient texts of yogis, with the humble mission of spreading the pure teachings of Buddhist meditation & classical practice of Yoga.
Led by Master Vidhi - the teachings first happened in Oslo, Norway in 2008, followed by several other countries ....
