The word "Buddha" simply refers to the enlightened one.  ​ Prince Siddharta who later became Buddha revealed that everyone has this inner enlightened  consciousness within of us. ​This can be awakened through the direct observation of the self, to lead us into a state free of all human suffering.  ​ With the belief that everyone has the power to awaken the inner Buddha - this organisation was born in 2008, out of a passion for sharing the wisdom of Buddha, ancient texts of yogis, with the humble mission of spreading the pure teachings of Buddhist meditation & classical practice of Yoga.  Led by Master Vidhi - the teachings first happened in Oslo, Norway in 2008, followed by several other countries ....
